Soak vermicelli in room temperature water for 3 mins
Cook vermicelli in steam for 5 mins
For sweet, add Sugar/Jaggery & Coconut (optional)
For spicy, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, chili, curry leaves, onion, and salt
