The millet pasta was great. There was no major difference in taste or texture as compared to regular whole grain pasta. Glad to find another option to include millet in my kids diet. However, the masala packet it came up with is not so good when used with pasta. Pasta is better when made in a regular way without this masala packet. Better to not include this in the package and add more pasta or reduce cost to compensate. We had similar experience with millet noodles. The noodles were fine but the masala with it was not good.
