Millet Rava Dosa Cooking Instructions
Preparation Time 10 mins | Cooking Time 5 mins
- Take Millet Rava Dosa Mix and add water to make the batter
- Add coriander leaves and onion (optional)
- Then keep the batter aside for 10 mins
- Sprinkle the batter on a pan heated on medium flame to make crispy rava dosa
- Serve hot with chutney and sambar
Millet Pongal Cooking Instructions
Preparation Time 5 mins | Cooking Time 10 mins
- Take 1 cup of Millet Pongal Mix in a cooker
- Add 4 cups of water into the cooker
- Then pressure cook for 2-3 whistles
- Add ghee, roasted cashews, raisins and mix well
- Serve hot with chutney and sambar
Millet Chapathi Cooking Instructions
Preparation Time 10 mins | Cooking Time 2 mins
- Take Millet Chapathi Mix and add water to make the dough
- Divide dough into small parts and roll each piece into a ball
- Dust the ball with flour, then flatten it with a rolling pin
- Cook it on a medium flame pan to get tasty & puffy chapathi
- And serve hot with your favorite side dishes
Millet Pakoda Cooking Instructions
Preparation Time 10 mins | Cooking Time 10 mins
- Take Millet Pakoda Mix in a bowl
- Slowly pour in water to form a thick paste
- Heat oil and pour in a spoonful of batter at a time
- Deep fry for a few minutes and serve hot with your favorite chutney
Millet Biryani Cooking Instructions
Preparation Time 10 mins | Cooking Time 10 mins
- Saute vegetables with ghee (can also use paneer, mushroom, meal maker or any meat)
- Add 2 parts of water with 1 part of Bliss Tree Millet Biryani Mix and cook in a pressure cooker for 5 - 10 mins ( or 2 whistles)
- Add lemon to taste and serve hot
