The sago (sabudana/javvarisi) vadagam is very tasty, not too spicy, just right. We made it oil-free by putting it in the microwave for 30 seconds to toast instead of deep fry, and it tastes almost the same but without the oil. They go well with different dishes and even just by themselves! Definitely try them!
